5 MAJOR REASONS FLOORS FAIL EARLY

1. The concrete was never properly prepared:
If the surface is not mechanically ground, repaired, cleaned, and properly prepared, the bond is compromised before the coating is ever applied. That puts the floor at greater risk of peeling, failure, and costly problems later.
